The Role: Senior CVM / Segmentation Head

Code Ninja is seeking a Senior CVM / Segmentation Head to lead customer lifecycle management for a retail banking client. This full-time role involves owning the strategy across acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder leadership, focusing on driving customer value and revenue optimization across the entire customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end CVM strategy across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back.
Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer value, engagement, and revenue performance.
Design and execute commercial levers such as pricing, offers, and incentives to optimize customer value.
Lead campaign design, execution, and experimentation, including A/B testing and uplift modelling, to improve commercial outcomes.
Drive customer segmentation strategy to enable targeted and personalized interventions.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Data/Analytics, Product, and Finance teams to align on commercial priorities.
Manage stakeholder relationships at senior and leadership levels, presenting strategy and results.
Lead and develop a team executing CVM initiatives, where applicable.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Customer Value Management or segmentation roles, ideally within the retail banking sector or a related field.
