The Role of Cybersecurity Architect

Muhlah is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position where the architect will be responsible for designing and maintaining secure system architectures for the company’s micro-financing platforms. The role ensures that all security measures align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assess security risks across systems and platforms.
Define and implement robust security controls.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate security into application and infrastructure design from the outset.
Review existing network and application security configurations to identify vulnerabilities.
Lead threat modeling exercises and conduct security reviews.
Recommend improvements to safeguard data and systems effectively.
Contribute to the development and refinement of incident response plans.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive security documentation.
Continuously work towards enhancing Muhlah's overall cybersecurity posture.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Cybersecurity Architect position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity architecture or a similar field.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work directly from Muhlah's offices, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic fintech environment.
