The Role: Data Scientist

Starways is seeking a Data Scientist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Data Scientist will play a key role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the development and enhancement of government platforms and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and model data from various sources.
• Perform statistical and exploratory analyses to identify trends and insights.
• Build predictive and machine learning models to address complex business and policy questions.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document methodologies and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of data pipelines.
• Collaborate on various AI and analytics initiatives across the organization.
• Help ensure that data solutions meet all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Data Scientist position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals with a foundational understanding of data science principles and a strong desire to apply their skills in a government technology context.
