The Role of Demand Supply Planner

InspiringSOL is seeking a Demand Supply Planner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The primary responsibility of this role is to forecast demand, plan supply, and coordinate production schedules to ensure optimal product availability while minimizing stock-outs and preventing excess inventory across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and market data to inform planning decisions.
• Prepare accurate demand and supply forecasts.
• Align planning activities with procurement and production teams.
• Monitor inventory levels effectively across the entire distribution network.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, and finance departments to balance service levels, costs, and capacity.
• Maintain precise planning records and generate comprehensive reports.
• Identify and propose improvements for planning processes.
• Support the successful introduction of new products.
• Ensure all planning activities adhere to company standards and established timelines.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Demand Supply Planner position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, or a similar supply chain role. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of inventory management principles and coordination across various operational functions within a fast-paced environment.
