Role Overview: Director Commercial (Program-Wide Contracts)

The Director Commercial (Program-Wide Contracts) will provide senior commercial leadership for a broad portfolio of contracts. This full-time position is critical in shaping how major programs are governed, negotiated, and managed. The role is positioned at the center of commercial decision-making, requiring engagement across client, consultant, contractor, and government interfaces to support effective delivery, manage risk, and strengthen commercial outcomes at a program scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and governance across program-wide contract portfolios.
• Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for major infrastructure programs.
• Manage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution involving multiple stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience
