About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Duty Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the hotel's operational standards and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The role involves direct oversight of daily hotel functions and contributing to a welcoming environment for all guests.

Position Summary

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall hotel operations, particularly in the absence of the General Manager. This includes ensuring smooth functioning across various departments and actively engaging with guests to provide memorable stays. The role requires a focus on operational efficiency and upholding hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, staffing, room inventory, guest service, and policy compliance.
• Engage with guests, promptly respond to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Provide operational support across various departments, such as bell service or front desk coverage during peak times or breaks.
• Conduct property walkthroughs to assess and address safety, security, and service quality concerns.
• Facilitate team knowledge by providing regular updates and training on hotel offerings, services, and local attractions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (*, SALT, Revinate), identify trends, and implement necessary improvements.
• Supervise, support, and coach team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
