alfanar Group is seeking a Fresh Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to significant projects within the Central Region.

Role Purpose

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling electrical activities within assigned projects. The primary objective is to ensure successful project completion in adherence to established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints, as guided by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Train subordinates and build an effective team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates across all work aspects.
• Delegate assignments fairly among subordinates to maintain morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution status of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes and specifications.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with all related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls.

Project Duties

• Review project electrical documents, including methodology, QA/QC procedures, engineering, and construction schedules.
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as designs, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, and risk assessments for compliance with client, authority, and international standards.
• Oversee and inspect daily site installation work, witness tests, identify non-compliance, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document, and report quality issues from subcontractors, and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure smooth execution of all construction activities on site and review progress.
• Conduct technical meetings and maintain consistent follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
• Maintain quality standards for all electrical activities in accordance with the project quality plan.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
