About Lumiere KSA and the Role

Lumiere KSA is seeking an ELV Project Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing the execution of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects across various sites, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to final handover. The role requires a professional with 0-1 years of experience in ELV systems and project execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate ELV projects from initiation through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Coordinate with the Presales Team during project initiation, technical review, and planning phases.
• Supervise and manage installation teams across multiple project sites.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and applicable standards.
• Perform or supervise the configuration and programming of ELV systems as required.
• Manage testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical submittals, testing and commissioning reports, as-built information, and handover documents.
• Ensure successful project delivery and client handover.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience (0-1 years) in ELV systems and project execution.

Technical Expertise

• Good technical knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, AV, PA/BGM, Lighting Control, Home Automation, and related systems.
• Experience in system configuration, programming, integration, and troubleshooting is considered an advantage.

Essential Skills

• Strong project coordination and site management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and installation teams simultaneously.

Work Environment

This role operates across multiple project sites, requiring effective coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. The ELV Project Engineer will be an integral part of the Lumiere KSA team, contributing to the successful delivery of critical ELV infrastructure.
