About Aumet and the Role

Aumet is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing enterprise-level opportunities. The role focuses on driving significant growth within the enterprise sector.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Business Development Lead will be instrumental in shaping Aumet's enterprise growth strategy. This involves building and managing executive-level relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver complex solutions. The primary objective is to drive revenue and foster long-term customer value through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value enterprise opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions for complex enterprise solutions across various industries.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers to influence buying decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, legal, and finance, to craft tailored solutions and commercial terms.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that align with company strategy while meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define go-to-market strategies, account plans, and win themes.
  • Monitor, forecast, and report on pipeline, revenue projections, and territory performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership opportunities to expand network and brand presence.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a related senior client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into large enterprises and navigating complex procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments and influence at the executive level.
  • Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation, pricing models, and revenue recognition concepts.
  • Experience in a SaaS, cloud, or technology-enabled services environment.
