About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an Executive Director - Business Finance (SPT & Art & Culture) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing financial operations that support initiatives in sports, performing arts, and culture, contributing to the development of an iconic destination. The Executive Director will provide strategic financial leadership, guiding financial decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics critical to project growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and strategic analysis for sports, performing arts, and cultural initiatives, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and goals.
• Develop and implement business finance strategies that support operational needs and maximize ROI across diverse projects.
• Act as a financial advisor to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations based on rigorous financial analysis.
• Direct budgeting processes for the sports and arts portfolio, ensuring effective allocation of financial resources.
• Implement fiscal controls and performance metrics to provide insights into financial health and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, providing timely variance analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and analyze financial risks related to business finance in arts, culture, and sports, formulating mitigation strategies.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, partners, and community organizations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance leadership.
• Proven ability to provide strategic financial leadership and guide financial decision-making.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics.
• Demonstrated capability to foster financial best practices and optimize resource allocation.
