The Executive Lounge Attendant Role

This full-time position as an Executive Lounge Attendant is an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about hospitality and possess a background in guest service. The role is particularly suited for candidates with previous experience as a waiter or host within a hotel environment, seeking to develop their skills in a premium guest-service setting. The primary focus is to deliver service excellence to distinguished guests within the dedicated hotel lounge, demonstrating outstanding courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
• Present detailed menus and offer knowledgeable recommendations regarding daily specials and promotions.
• Accurately record and place guest orders, providing advice on beverage pairings.
• Extend complimentary services, including drinks, and inform guests of additional offerings.
• Ensure swift order execution and timely delivery to guest tables.
• Address and resolve inquiries and concerns related to hotel and lounge services.
• Prepare and stock condiment stations, coordinating with procurement to maintain supply levels.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure a hygienic and sanitized lounge environment.
• Arrange buffet areas, ensuring food and drink presentations are appealing and accessible.
• Conduct ongoing checks to secure guest satisfaction and manage further service requests.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• 0-1 years of previous experience in the customer service or food service industry.
• Well-versed in hospitality best practices, particularly within a luxury setting.
