This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service within a luxury hospitality environment.

In this role, the F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique dining experiences for our guests. This involves taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring that every interaction contributes positively to the guest's overall enjoyment, with food and beverages complementing the experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and preparing tables for service.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Interacting directly with guests to take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies.

Physical Requirements

This role involves active participation in service delivery and requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving across sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menus or guest requests.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required for service tasks.
