The Role: Fashion Consultant, Maxmara

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for Maxmara in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in luxury fashion. The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting in-store customer and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers for business reviews.
Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct click and collect services within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure accurate capture of customer data in adherence to marketing team requirements.
Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay informed about its offerings.
Support in-store marketing events and activations.
Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
Drive sell-throughs within the store.
Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
Provide input on store performance, identifying areas of success and improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Strong English communication skills.
Experience within luxury fashion.
0-1 years of professional experience.
