About the Role

TK Elevator is seeking a Financial Analyst – JV to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of experience, providing essential support to the Financial Controller in delivering high-quality financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across the Joint Venture.

Role Context and Purpose

The Financial Analyst acts as a key analytical support within the finance team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide accurate financial data, support FP&A activities, and contribute to strong financial control, governance, and informed decision-making. The role ensures data integrity, timely reporting, and delivers meaningful financial insights to support overall business performance and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and assist in preparing accurate, timely financial reports in line with IFRS and internal requirements.
• Prepare and maintain financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting systems and ERP (SAP).
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, including the development of financial models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• Track actual performance against budget and forecast, supporting variance analysis and providing analytical support to the Financial Controller and finance leadership.
• Support analysis of revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and working capital, and assist in preparing business performance reports by product, project, customer, or business unit.
• Identify trends, variances, and key drivers of financial performance, and support ad-hoc financial analysis requests from management.
• Support the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with internal policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation and audit trails for financial transactions.
• Assist in ensuring financial data aligns with IFRS requirements, supporting the preparation of accounting schedules and technical analysis where required, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Work within SAP or other ERP systems to extract, validate, and analyze financial data, supporting data integrity and accuracy within financial systems.
• Assist in improving reporting templates, automation, and process efficiency, and participate in finance system enhancements and testing when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional certification (or in progress) such as CPA, SOCPA, or CMA is considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Basic understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
