Role Summary

The Financial Planning Analyst will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive financial models for real estate development projects. This position plays a critical part in providing robust analytical support for investment decisions, strategic planning, and overall financial performance assessment.

Core Responsibilities

• Preparing feasibility studies and conducting thorough investment assessments.
• Performing discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate project viability.
• Supporting the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business planning initiatives.
• Analyzing cash flows for various projects, assessing profitability, and determining financing requirements.
• Developing and preparing management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for stakeholders.
• Assisting in investment analysis, potential acquisitions, and monitoring asset performance.
• Supporting treasury planning, financing activities, and preparing detailed reports for lenders.
• Utilizing ERP systems and Power BI to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis. Prior experience within the real estate development or investment sector is preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in financial modeling is essential. The role requires strong capabilities in utilizing ERP systems and Power BI to effectively manage and present financial data.
