About the Role

A Confidential Government entity in Riyadh is seeking a Financial Planning & Modeling Analyst to join its Finance team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting large-scale real estate and development projects through robust financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate development projects.
• Prepare project feasibility studies and investment evaluations.
• Conduct Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuations, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes.
• Analyze project cash flows, profitability, and funding requirements.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Assist with investment, acquisition, and asset performance analysis.
• Support treasury planning, financing activities, and lender reporting.
• Utilize ERP systems and Power BI to enhance financial reporting and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, Investment Analysis, or Real Estate Finance.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility studies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, REITs, Investment Firms, or Private Equity Real Estate.
• Familiarity with the Saudi real estate market.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, SOCPA, or FMVA are advantageous.
• Experience with Power BI and other financial reporting tools.

Work Context

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The Financial Planning & Modeling Analyst will collaborate closely with various departments including Finance, Development, Investments, Treasury, Asset Management, and Executive Management to provide critical financial insights supporting strategic objectives.
