About the Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Fitout Estimator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for fit-out tenders, from initial drawings through to final submission. The successful candidate's work will directly influence project acquisition and profitability for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents, drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and specifications for interior fit-out packages.
Perform accurate quantity take-offs for various elements including joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and loose furniture.
Develop comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labour, plant, subcontracting, and overheads.
Obtain, compare, and normalise quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Price Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) elements within fit-out scopes, collaborating with MEP specialists as required.
Prepare value engineering options while maintaining the integrity of the design intent.
Identify and document risks, exclusions, assumptions, and clarifications for each tender.
Prepare complete tender submissions and pricing summaries for management review.
Maintain a current cost database of rates, suppliers, and market prices specific to KSA.
Support the handover process of won projects to the delivery and Quantity Surveying (QS) teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fit-out projects and a meticulous approach to cost estimation. This role requires a professional who can ensure the accuracy of figures, which are critical for securing projects and ensuring their financial viability.

Experience Required

5-10 years of experience in fit-out estimation.
