About the Role

Everhires is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join a leading Saudi-based hospitality and food & beverage company in Riyadh. Established in 2010, this company is recognized for developing and operating high-quality F&B concepts and managing international franchises. The Floor Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service and customer experiences for a full-time position in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff during service periods.
• Ensure that service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate floor timing with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service flow.
• Manage staff schedules, ensure adequate shift coverage, and conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Oversee Point of Sale (POS) operations, cash handling procedures, and daily reconciliation.
• Ensure full compliance with all municipality hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar floor management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational demands.
