About the Role

Little Kitchen Help, a private luxury hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Florist / Floral Designer. This full-time role involves creating high-quality floral designs for luxury hospitality operations. The position offers a salary of SAR 6,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Create luxury floral arrangements, bouquets, table centrepieces, vase arrangements, and large-scale decorative displays.
• Select, condition, prepare, and maintain fresh and premium-quality flowers.
• Ensure proper flower care, storage, preservation, and handling to maximize freshness and minimize wastage.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, finishing, and attention to detail in all floral work.
• Manage floral stock, monitor usage, and support effective inventory and wastage control.
• Work efficiently under time-sensitive requirements for VIP functions, special occasions, and hospitality events.
• Reproduce floral arrangements accurately from reference images, design briefs, or client requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional floral workspace.

Candidate Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in luxury hotels, premium floral boutiques, high-end events, private residences, or VVIP environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, flower conditioning, storage, preservation, and seasonal availability.
• Demonstrated ability to create sophisticated and luxury floral designs.
• Strong understanding of color coordination, proportion, balance, creativity, and presentation.
• Good knowledge of floral stock control, premium flower handling, and wastage reduction.
• Professional, reliable, creative, and highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Practical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical floral design assessment as part of the selection process. This assessment will evaluate several key areas:

• Creativity and design ability.
• Technical floristry skills.
• Finishing quality and attention to detail.
• Speed and efficiency in execution.
• Flower handling and conditioning techniques.
• Ability to accurately reproduce an arrangement from a reference image or design brief.
• Overall presentation suitable for a luxury/VVIP environment.
