About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a dedicated Food And Beverage Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based within airport lounges and is crucial for maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency across all food and beverage outlets.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure consistent quality in food, beverages, service delivery, and cleanliness throughout all assigned outlets. The Supervisor plays a key part in supporting overall guest satisfaction by fostering a professional, safe, and well-organized working environment within the airport lounge operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of food and beverage outlets in line with company standards and Saudi regulations.
• Perform supervisory duties including staff scheduling, task assignments, training coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness across all outlets.
• Handle guest comments and complaints professionally, implementing immediate corrective actions when required.
• Monitor customer service delivery to ensure high guest satisfaction and a premium dining experience.
• Assist in controlling food and beverage costs, monitoring revenue, and minimizing wastage.
• Support inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management.
• Assist in planning and implementing procedures for events and special occasions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and municipality regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Support teamwork and effective coordination with kitchen and service teams.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Food And Beverage Supervisor role should possess 5-10 years of experience in food and beverage operations, ideally within a supervisory capacity in a hospitality or airport lounge setting.

Work Environment and Conditions

• The primary work location is within airport facilities in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The role requires willingness to work shift duties as dictated by operational schedules.
