The supervisor will play a key role in ensuring guests receive a memorable dining experience, whether for large conference banquets or daily service.

Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within various outlets, restaurants, and banquet functions. This role involves maintaining high service standards and coordinating efforts with team members to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the food and beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by upholding high service standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and service in adherence to company policies and responsible business practices.
• Support stock control, cost management, and basic reporting to contribute to financial targets.
• Oversee daily operations across various outlets, restaurants, and banquet functions, coordinating with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications or permits as mandated by local governmental agencies.
