Sweater is seeking a dedicated Frontline Operation Specialist to join its operations team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and quality of our daily operations.

Role Overview

The Frontline Operation Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting daily front-line activities to ensure smooth operational flow. This position involves handling incoming requests, communicating effectively with customers and service providers, and ensuring that all operational processes are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. It is a dynamic role that combines operational execution, coordination, and customer support, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on daily front-line operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor incoming requests and ensure their timely and accurate completion.
• Handle service disruptions, such as cancellations or delays, and propose effective solutions.
• Review and follow up on customer feedback, ensuring proper resolution by the operations team.
• Communicate with service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including chat, phone, and tickets.
• Maintain established service quality standards and ensure continuous workflow.
• Support ongoing initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Experience and Attributes

• 0-1 years of experience in an operational or customer support capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and meticulous in daily tasks.
• Proven capability to thrive and solve problems effectively in fast-paced environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a collaborative operations team.
