About the Role

HCP Automotive is seeking a General Manager for Automotive Protection & Car Care to lead the development and expansion of a new division in Riyadh, Ar Riyad. This full-time role involves building and scaling a market-leading automotive protection and premium car care group within the Middle East. The position requires a professional with extensive technical expertise combined with commercial vision and entrepreneurial drive.

Mandate and Vision

The General Manager will take full ownership of the division's growth, focusing on establishing operational infrastructure, building a capable team, driving commercial growth, and expanding the group's regional presence. This is a leadership mandate centered on business creation and scaling, rather than conventional management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Secure new business, develop strategic partnerships, and establish relationships with dealerships, automotive groups, and premium vehicle owners.
Business Set-Up & Scaling: Establish operational processes, facilities, systems, and service standards to support sustainable expansion.
Technical Ability: Ensure quality and consistency across PPF installation, detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and associated protection services.
Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and develop technical, operational, and commercial teams.
Commercial Performance: Take accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands-on experience in automotive protection and car care. This role specifically requires a professional currently operating in a leadership or management capacity within the PPF, detailing, or premium automotive care industry.
