About the Role

Honeywell (KSA) is seeking a General Manager - Projects - Building Automation to lead the development and growth of its Building Automation & Projects businesses in the region. This full-time, onsite role is based in Riyadh, KSA, and involves full management responsibility across diversified lines of business.

Role Context and Impact

This is a high-impact position where the General Manager will operate autonomously as a senior member of the leadership team. The role contributes to Honeywell's success by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. Effective communication and influence with key stakeholders across the organization are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and champion relationships with customers and suppliers at a senior level across all key accounts.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of customer escalations.
• Ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered on time.
• Maintain process compliance in accordance with Honeywell Policies.
• Own the regional P&L for the Building Automation Projects business.
• Deliver on vertical growth targets for orders, top-line revenue, gross margins, operating income, and fixed costs.
• Build a robust management operating system to establish efficient processes and enhance operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.
• Support Offering Management in defining branding and market penetration strategies for the region, and in enhancing market demand for offerings.

Leadership and Business Growth

The General Manager will lead strategic initiatives to expand Honeywell's market presence and financial performance within the Building Automation sector. This includes direct ownership of the regional P&L, focusing on achieving significant growth across key financial metrics. A core aspect of the role involves establishing and refining operational systems to ensure efficiency and sustained profitability.

Work Environment and Reporting

This position is a full-time, onsite role based in Honeywell's Riyadh, KSA location. The General Manager will report directly to the META Projects General Manager, working closely with an integrated team to implement strong processes and enhance customer service.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity within projects and building automation. This role requires a professional capable of autonomous work, strategic thinking, and effective team leadership to drive business objectives.
