700apps is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead its Software & Technology business operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in Saudi Arabia. This includes driving business growth, managing day-to-day activities, ensuring financial performance, and leading cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling operations and expanding the company's footprint in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plans for the Saudi market.
• Lead and manage all business operations to ensure operational excellence and organizational efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage the company's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to expand the company's service portfolio.
• Oversee sales, delivery, operations, and customer success functions to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate governance standards, and company policies.
• Drive digital transformation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Report business performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and shareholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant leadership role.
• Strong background in the technology industry, specifically within software and related services.
