About the Role

C-9INE is seeking a Google Cloud Principal Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on cloud platform engineering, leveraging a strong background in enterprise DevOps, DevSecOps, or general Cloud Engineering. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing robust solutions that enable developers to deliver features and changes efficiently and reliably.

Our global engineering team comprises Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in backend, frontend, architecture, platform/infrastructure, and project/program management. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions that enable developers to deliver features and changes in a fast, scalable, and reliable manner.
• Apply expertise in enterprise DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Engineering to enhance platform capabilities.
• Contribute to the scaling of web applications and ensure high site uptime and performance.
• Work within a 100% cloud-native environment, applying best practices and automation.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant cloud engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps role.
• Strong background in enterprise DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Engineering.
• Outstanding and proactive oral and written communication skills.
• A problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting mindset with a hands-on attitude.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in scaling web applications, maintaining site uptime, and optimizing performance.
• Experience working in a 100% cloud-native environment.
• A willingness to learn, an innovative mind, versatility, and an ability to think logically through problems to find solutions.
