About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Group, Conference, and Events Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving revenue through strategic sales efforts for groups, conferences, and events, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.

Role Purpose

The Group, Conference, and Events Sales Manager leads the sales initiatives for group bookings and event services. This involves developing and executing strategies to maximize sales opportunities, manage revenue targets, and maintain the hotel's competitive position within the market. The role also includes fostering a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize group, conference, and event sales through proactive strategies and effective conversion of customer inquiries.
  • Review business plans, identify revenue gaps, and implement initiatives to optimize capacity and meet commercial targets.
  • Ensure departmental activities align with the hotel’s selling strategy, adapting to market conditions and maintaining compliance.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and enhance the hotel’s competitive standing.
  • Conduct regular spot checks on bookings to support audit readiness and ensure high-quality execution across systems and procedures.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive Group, Conference, and Events business.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conducting performance evaluations, providing professional development, and recognizing achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
