Role Contribution

The core purpose of this role is to place guests at the heart of our operations, delivering exceptional service that inspires loyalty and encourages greater engagement. The Guest Ambassador plays a key part in supporting seamless day-to-day operations by professionally assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns while consistently upholding the mall’s service excellence standards.
