The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable stays for guests within a luxury hospitality environment.

Role Summary

Guest Experience Experts are responsible for enhancing the guest journey beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. This role involves providing a comprehensive range of services, guiding guests throughout their stay, and proactively addressing their needs to ensure a distinctive and personalized experience. Individuals in this role are empowered to take initiative to meet guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Share insights into the local area, integrating these interactions into the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Guest Experience Experts will also engage in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties effectively is crucial for guest satisfaction and business operations.
