About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating unique and memorable experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout the guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer a wide range of services to guide guests during their stay.
• Perform operational tasks as required to ensure smooth hotel functioning.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Provide information and commentary on local area events and highlights.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

• Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures.
• Respect confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of work.

Physical Requirements

This role requires continuous movement, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. Tasks involve various physical activities such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these tasks consistently is essential for guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required for this position.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None required.
