Role Purpose and Scope

The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to provide a comprehensive range of services, guiding guests throughout their entire stay. This involves taking initiative to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction, contributing to a positive and seamless experience at every touchpoint within the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process operational requirements and respond to guest requests efficiently.
Complete necessary reports accurately and on time.
Provide guests with information and highlights about the local area.
Ensure all guest transactions are handled smoothly and integrate seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

Operational Standards and Conduct

Maintain a safe working environment and adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
Ensure that all service delivery meets established quality standards.
Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Physical Demands and Candidate Profile

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
