HCS Delivery Engineer

About the Role

isoftstone is seeking an experienced HCS Delivery Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the on-site delivery of Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) projects, from initial requirements to operations handover. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and offers a salary range of SAR 56,250 - SAR 112,500.

Role Overview

The HCS Delivery Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HCS project delivery. This includes requirements alignment, low-level design (LLD), platform deployment, acceptance testing, and operations handover. The role demands solid hands-on HCS delivery experience, strong customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an overseas environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HCS project delivery, encompassing requirements alignment, LLD design, network planning, platform deployment, acceptance testing, and operations handover.
• Manage HCS version upgrades, capacity expansion, resource scaling, and live network changes.
• Troubleshoot on-site environment issues, coordinate with Huawei R&D backend teams, and ensure issue resolution.
• Identify live network risks through monitoring and alerts, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Maintain close communication with customer technical teams, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure delivery quality and schedule adherence.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with 2 or more full-cycle HCS delivery projects, demonstrating the ability to independently deliver from planning to handover.
• Proficiency in core HCS services, including ECS, EVS, VPC, ELB, OBS, and CCE.
• Solid understanding of LLD design, network planning, hardware racking, platform deployment, and acceptance testing.
• Experience with live network change management and risk control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for a period of 1–2 years.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence for project delivery. The role involves working independently within an overseas environment while coordinating with various technical teams and customers.
