About the Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Head of Operations to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to our mission of elevating apartment living through thoughtful design, hospitality-level service, and community, bringing the experience of luxury hotels into the residential sector. As we expand rapidly across Riyadh with new properties launching soon, this position is critical for scaling our operations while upholding our quality standards and unique resident experience.

Role Summary

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground leadership position where you will take direct ownership of day-to-day operations across our residential portfolio. You will manage and coach General Managers, collaborate closely with Facilities, Revenue, and other internal teams, and develop the necessary systems and processes to ensure scalable growth without compromising our established standards. The role requires regular presence at properties to address real-time challenges, from resident experience to procurement and facilities issues, and to develop playbooks for consistent, high-quality building management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach General Managers across residential properties, assuming day-to-day operational oversight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Facilities, Revenue, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), covering high-level processes and on-the-ground solutions (*, procurement standardization, vendor management, building-level problem-solving).
• Drive the rollout of new operational initiatives and workflows across the portfolio.
• Maintain a visible and credible on-site presence, effectively communicating with all levels of staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Support the operational readiness of new properties during expansion phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong consumer-facing operational experience, ideally from a tech or prop-tech scale-up that has grown from a handful of physical sites to 10+ properties. Strong hospitality or resort operations experience is also suitable.
• A proven track record of scaling operations, demonstrating the ability to grow a business or team from a small to a much larger footprint.
• Experience designing processes and systems from scratch, particularly in resource-constrained or early-stage environments.

Required Attributes

• A high-energy operator with genuine stamina for a hands-on, on-the-ground role.
• A coaching leadership style, focused on developing team members rather than defaulting to replacement.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments without requiring a rigid corporate structure.
• A strong academic and analytical foundation is a plus; demonstrated rigor is valued more than specific pedigree.
• Real estate experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Saudi-specific experience is a bonus; candidates open to relocating to Riyadh are encouraged to apply.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a significant on-site presence at our properties and is not a remote or HQ-only job. We welcome applications from qualified operators globally who are prepared to relocate to Riyadh.
