HR Co-op Trainee Role

Richemont is seeking an HR Co-op Trainee to join the team in Riyadh. This internship role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to apply academic knowledge within a professional HR environment. The trainee will support the HR department on specific projects and assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR department by applying academic knowledge to specific projects or subjects.
  • Assist the department with various administrative tasks.
  • Execute complex onboarding and offboarding processes, including vetting procedures and severance payment calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Address and resolve queries from internal or external stakeholders regarding policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Support the management of internal client relationships by assisting in the development of effective working relations.
  • Input and verify payroll data to ensure accurate and efficient payroll service delivery, including preparing payroll for bank submission, entering data into financial systems, and generating reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data by following defined procedures for entry into HR information systems.
  • Conduct analyses of HR data to identify trends and contribute to HR insights that aid in diagnosing business issues and improving performance.
  • Organize and maintain files containing correspondence and records for senior colleagues, ensuring systematic documentation.
  • Draft routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents using standard office software, following detailed instructions.
  • Provide guidance and informal advice to less experienced team members to support their skill development.
  • Participate in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training, to develop process and technical skills.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct relevant to the role.

  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • Ability to apply academic knowledge to practical HR tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and process execution.
  • Proficiency in standard office software.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and defined procedures.

Work Environment
