About the Role

Riymar is seeking an HR CoE Senior Specialist to join its real estate development organization in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on contributing to strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and talent management. The specialist will be instrumental in enhancing HR policies, performance management, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning to support business objectives and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and frameworks.
Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and reporting.
Support organizational design, job evaluation, and grading structures.
Conduct compensation and benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews.
Coordinate workforce planning and manpower budgeting activities.
Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and reports to support decision-making.
Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 4 years of HR experience is required, with a preference for 2-5 years.
Experience in HR Center of Excellence, organizational development, or strategic HR functions is preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities are essential.
Demonstrated experience in HR transformation initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a real estate development organization. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic HR functions in a dynamic environment.
