About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at Le Méridien in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on administrative support and coordination within the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems for HR documents and records.
  • Prepare and type office correspondence using computer applications.
  • Distribute and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms.
  • Answer phone calls and accurately record messages.
  • Create new employee personnel files and ensure their proper maintenance.
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and maintain the application area.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding company and HR policies.
  • Inform HR management of employee relations issues within the division or property.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records and information.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including uniform and appearance standards.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate professionally and prepare accurate written documents.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computer systems.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining filing systems.
  • Competency in typing office correspondence and using computer applications.
  • Ability to answer phone calls and record messages accurately.
  • Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time schedule within the Le Méridien property, part of the Marriott International portfolio. The position requires adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
