About the Hygiene Manager Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Hygiene Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation across all hotel operations, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for guests and team members.

Role Purpose and Operational Impact

The Hygiene Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence by developing and implementing robust hygiene and food safety protocols. This position ensures compliance with both Hilton's global standards and local regulatory requirements, directly contributing to an exceptional guest experience by upholding the principles of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, ensuring full compliance with Hilton policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine hygiene inspections, monitor critical control points, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest operational standards.
• Develop and maintain HACCP documentation, hygiene records, and food safety procedures, ensuring all departments adhere to established protocols.
• Deliver food safety and hygiene training, mentor team members, promote best practices, and foster a culture of cleanliness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for guests and Team Members.
• Investigate hygiene-related issues, report potential risks, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences and maintain hospitality standards.
