The ICQA Researcher Role

As an ICQA Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting detailed and high-quality research into all inventory adjustments and transactions. This role involves close collaboration with the operations team to provide essential data support.

Strategic Contribution

The primary objective of this position is to contribute to continuous improvement by offering data-driven insights. You will support improvement initiatives and conduct root cause investigations into operational defects, ensuring data integrity and actionable findings.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
• Maintain data integrity, aiming for a 0% error rate.
• Design queries, compile data, and generate reports using MS Access and Excel.
• Chart and graph data effectively for reporting purposes.
• Conduct in-depth research into defect trends.
• Perform data collection and entry as required.
• Engage in data mining and problem-solving activities.

Candidate Qualifications and Attributes

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The ideal individual will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and the ability to lead by example in critical performance areas, including safety and quality. Furthermore, the ability to develop subject matter expertise on all operational processes within the assigned site is essential.
