The Role of Influencer Marketing Specialist

Reef Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to enhance the company's market presence. This role involves developing strategic relationships with influencers and celebrities, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring positive engagement to achieve monthly and annual company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve campaign goals and influencer engagement targets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and feedback to optimize effectiveness.
Plan and execute monthly influencer collaboration strategies to ensure diverse and impactful campaigns.
Develop ideas to increase engagement with key influencers and celebrities.
Organize and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Supervise contract preparation and ensure adherence to agreed terms and deadlines.
Draft and review content scenarios with influencers, maintaining brand consistency.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers in the industry.
Prepare analytical reports on campaign performance with actionable improvement recommendations.
Research target audiences and select suitable influencers to maximize campaign impact.
Stay updated with market trends and social media platforms to inform campaign strategies.

Experience Required

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in influencer relations, marketing, or a related field. A proactive and creative approach to developing and managing campaigns is essential.
