AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Electrical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the highest standards of electrical compliance and safety across various projects.

Role Overview

The Electrical Inspector plays a critical role in upholding electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards within construction and infrastructure projects. This position involves comprehensive inspection of electrical systems, equipment, and installations to verify strict adherence to established guidelines and specifications. The role demands a meticulous approach, robust technical knowledge, and a steadfast commitment to safety protocols in all electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
Review and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and blueprints to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and enforce adherence to local and international electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Identify non-compliance issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions to ensure conformity with regulations.
Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, discrepancies, and corrective measures taken.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and rejections for future reference and regulatory purposes.
Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address electrical compliance issues and provide technical guidance as needed.
Participate in meetings and discussions related to electrical inspections, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
Promote and uphold electrical safety protocols and practices in accordance with industry standards.
Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure proper implementation of safety measures.

Required Experience and Attributes

0-1 years of experience in electrical inspection or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installations.
Demonstrated meticulous approach to work and attention to detail.
