About the Role

AECOM Saudi Arabia is seeking a Field Engineer – Lighting and AV to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lighting and audio-visual systems for various projects and events. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality results in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test lighting systems, including LED fixtures, conventional lighting, and moving light equipment.
• Set up and integrate audio-visual systems, including projection, audio equipment, and control systems.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve system issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of lighting and AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and local requirements.
• Document system configurations, technical specifications, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of complex lighting and AV installations for events, venues, and corporate environments.
• Travel to various project sites as needed to support installations and provide technical support.
• Maintain organized inventory records and equipment logs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in lighting and audio-visual systems.
• Proven problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role may require travel to various project sites as needed to support installations and provide technical support.
