About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Install Technician to support network infrastructure deployment and expansion within its next-generation data center environments in Riyadh. This full-time role operates with a high degree of autonomy in fast-paced, mission-critical settings, requiring exceptional attention to detail and execution standards.

AWS Infrastructure Delivery

AWS Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for the end-to-end design, planning, delivery, and operation of the global AWS infrastructure footprint. This infrastructure supports all AWS data centers and the full stack of critical systems, including compute, storage, networking, power, and cooling, ensuring continuous customer access to services. The team addresses challenges across supply chain, deployment, operational readiness, and infrastructure scaling, focusing on execution, resiliency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of next-generation network infrastructure across global data centers.
• Perform day-to-day tasks including rack installation, structured cabling, hardware deployment, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and accurate delivery at scale.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Operations, Security, and Logistics teams to execute infrastructure builds efficiently.
• Operate in fast-paced, mission-critical environments with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Proactively identify risks, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and deliver consistent operational excellence in complex deployments.
