The Role of Inventory Supervisor

ABYAT is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory operations across warehouse and showroom locations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring the smooth execution of inventory activities, maintaining compliance with operational processes, and ensuring accurate stock control. The supervisor will also be responsible for effective product inspection and the timely resolution of inventory-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor products within the warehouse and during inventory cycles in the showroom.
• Coordinate inventory activities across various locations.
• Conduct and oversee cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and return inventory activities.
• Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies and related issues.
• Perform product inspections as part of inventory activities.
• Identify and analyze product damages, including those found during receiving.
• Follow up on inspection findings and product issues related to inventory.
• Monitor compliance with inventory processes and requirements on the floor.
• Ensure all inventory activities adhere to established processes.
• Identify and resolve inventory-related problems on-site.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate matters when necessary.
• Manage and follow up on inventory-related applications and issues using a ticketing system.
• Ensure inventory requests and issues are tracked and followed up appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in inventory supervision or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory operations and ensure process compliance.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Proficiency in product inspection and damage analysis.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing inventory-related issues.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic retail environment. The role requires active supervision across both warehouse and showroom settings.
