About the Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Consultant in Procurement / Supply Chain Management to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on strategic procurement and supply chain management. The position involves working with market-leading companies globally to develop and implement transformational strategies.

Project Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, procurement organizations, and product groups.
• Develop strategies and measures to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement processes.
• Implement these strategies to achieve tangible results for clients.

Client Engagement and Industry Exposure

• Manage a broad portfolio of client assignments across various industries and locations.
• Work with companies ranging from start-ups, retail, and consumer goods to energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors.
• Collaborate closely with clients, preparing for and participating in workshops and negotiations.
• Present processes and structures, serve as a direct contact, and build client confidence through rapid industry knowledge acquisition.

Professional Development

• Contribute to company-wide knowledge building by participating in various competence centers.
• Develop skills in new subject areas within procurement and supply chain management.
