About the Opportunity

PER is seeking an Investment Professional specializing in International Real Estate Investments to join a large, global fund client. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses primarily on direct investments within the real estate sector. The client is a well-funded organization with significant capital available for investment across a broad range of sectors.

Role Overview

The Investment Professional will contribute to the client's investment strategy by focusing on international real estate opportunities. This role involves active participation throughout the investment lifecycle, from initial identification and selection to the final closing of transactions. The successful candidate will provide critical expertise and support in managing a portfolio of real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the identification, selection, and ongoing management of international real estate investments.
• Liaise on the processes of underwriting, negotiating terms, and closing documentation for real estate investments.
• Provide expertise for the preparation and sign-off of investment proposals, recommendations, and memos.
• Liaise with external fund managers and partners to support investment activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of significant experience in real estate, gained from either a fund or a banking institution.
• Proven experience in investing within developed markets.
• A first-class academic track record.
• Strong financial modelling skills.

Work Location

This is a full-time position requiring the successful candidate to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
