Role Overview

ALSTOM is seeking a full-time ISR Training Manager in Riyadh. This role involves applying expertise in training management to a rail project, specifically ensuring the successful delivery of the ISR training package for the Riyadh Metro Line 2 (Red Line) extension. The Training Manager will define the training strategy, manage the Transfer of Technology (ToT) process, and coordinate training activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define a contract-compliant training strategy that incorporates Transfer of Technology (ToT) requirements.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create tailored training plans.
• Forecast and organize required facilities, materials, and digital equipment.
• Coordinate the preparation, production, and distribution of training documents and materials.
• Evaluate trainees, confirm qualifications, and maintain accurate training records.
• Build, update, and manage the training schedule.
• Monitor compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and recovery actions.
• Track training costs and resource utilization against the approved budget.
• Collect feedback and analyze training performance to drive continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in training management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing training programs.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders including customers, consortium partners, and project teams.

Work Environment

The ISR Training Manager will work in Riyadh as part of a collaborative and dynamic team. The role involves close coordination with various internal and external entities, including the customer, consortium partners, Operations and Maintenance, project teams, suppliers, and ISR stakeholders. This position is full-time.
