About the Role

Almarai is seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of resilient and reliable IT infrastructure to internal customers across all assigned geographical locations within the corporate environment. The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's IT systems to support business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade existing hardware, communication, and software components to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Implement additional IT facilities and solutions to meet evolving business needs and requirements.
• Resolve user calls and technical issues by efficiently troubleshooting malfunctioning infrastructure components.
• Ensure the continuous availability and reliability of IT services for internal customers across all supported regions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 2-year Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT administration.
• Demonstrated experience working within an Oracle environment.
• Proven exposure to implementing client/server-based applications.
• Practical experience in installing and managing servers.
