IT Delivery Manager

About the Role

Riyadh Cement Company is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, support, and lifecycle management of non-SAP business applications. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on ensuring business-critical applications remain reliable, secure, and continuously improved, aligning with business requirements and IT governance standards.

Role Context and Governance

The IT Delivery Manager operates under the direction of the authorized IT manager, collaborating closely with IT Applications and other relevant IT teams. This role involves owning the day-to-day service delivery, support, enhancement, and lifecycle management of assigned non-SAP business applications, ensuring integration with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. All activities must comply with approved IT governance, access control, change management, cybersecurity, procurement, and Delegation of Authority requirements. The manager will recommend actions and coordinate delivery within approved authority limits, escalating matters requiring management approval such as budgets, contracts, or major production changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operational performance of assigned non-SAP business applications, monitoring availability, performance, and incidents.
• Act as the primary IT contact for business users, coordinating issue resolution and translating business needs into system requirements.
• Lead the delivery of new non-SAP applications and enhancements, managing activities from requirements gathering to deployment and go-live.
• Coordinate with application vendors and implementation partners, monitoring SLAs, open actions, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure reliable functional integration between non-SAP applications and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, supporting APIs and middleware interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, access control, change management, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements for assigned applications.

Internal and External Relationships

This role involves significant interaction with various internal teams including the IT Director, IT Applications, SAP, IT Operations, and business process owners across departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Plant Operations, Human Resources, Governance & Compliance, and Cybersecurity. Externally, the IT Delivery Manager will coordinate with application vendors, implementation partners, software support providers, technical consultants, and integration service providers.
