About the Digital Governance Specialist Role

Reef Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Governance Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position supports the organization's ongoing digital transformation by establishing and strengthening governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence across technology initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Digital Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and monitoring of digital governance policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with national regulations pertaining to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance. You will contribute to enhancing the organization's digital maturity and fostering a robust governance culture.

Key Areas of Focus

• Digital Governance & Compliance: Support the implementation and monitoring of digital governance policies, assist in ensuring regulatory compliance, and participate in the development and documentation of governance frameworks. Monitor alignment of systems with technical standards.
• Documentation & Records Management: Maintain governance registers, digital records, policy documentation, and compliance indicators. Prepare data for reports and audits, and develop procedural guides.
• Digital Maturity & Risk Management: Participate in digital maturity assessments, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and track corrective action plans. Support digital risk management by monitoring remediation activities.
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare periodic reports on governance performance and compliance. Coordinate with regulatory bodies and audit teams. Monitor adherence to approved governance channels.
• Awareness & Transformation Support: Support internal awareness programs for digital governance and cybersecurity best practices. Contribute to process improvements and ensure governance requirements are integrated into digital transformation projects.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of digital governance principles, cybersecurity, and data governance is essential. The role requires an analytical mindset and the ability to support policy implementation and compliance monitoring.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within Reef Group's digital transformation initiatives, contributing to a structured and compliant operational environment.
