Dar Delta is a Saudi systems integrator specializing in Cisco and Huawei networking, CCTV & ELV, and data center solutions. The company serves both government and private sector clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a senior technical leader to head our technology function, who will also serve as our Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

The Role: IT Infrastructure Lead (CTO)

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience. The IT Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions, managing key partnerships, and leading the engineering team. This role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise networking and data center projects utilizing Cisco and Huawei technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of structured cabling, CCTV, and ELV solutions.
• Manage the technical aspects of government tenders, including RFP review, technical proposal development, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation.
• Ensure all solutions and projects comply with Saudi regulatory requirements, including NCA and HCIS standards.
• Manage strategic partnerships with Cisco and Huawei.
• Build and lead the engineering team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience in delivering projects for Saudi government clients.
• Experience with CCTV/VMS platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a systems integration environment, focusing on delivering complex technology solutions to a diverse client base.
